In the early hours of January 24, 2018, Huntsville Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident at 3015 Tucker Drive in Huntsville, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Dimitrick Mims Jr. suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene. The subsequent investigation identified 27-year-old Sateaus Dejuan Wilson as a suspect.
