Murdered

On October 31, 2009, James Clinton Harris, age 39, was found stabbed to death at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of 1st Street SE, Washington, D.C. The incident took place on Halloween night, and early the next morning, on November 1, Harris' vehicle—a black 2002 Mercedes Benz CLK320—was discovered abandoned in the 3600 block of Horner Place SE. This raised suspicions that the vehicle might have been taken by his assailant or used to flee the scene after the murder.
