On February 20, 2018, 58-year-old Fonda Poellnitz was fatally shot near her residence on Ridge Road West in Mobile, Alabama. Responding officers discovered her body around 9:50 p.m. Subsequent investigations identified her ex-husband, 71-year-old Robert Hollie, as a person of interest.
