On June 19, 2017, 23-year-old Jabria Hall was found deceased near the railroad tracks on Percy Avenue in Prichard, Alabama. Residents reported hearing approximately 40 gunshots the previous night. Hall, a mother of two young children—a newborn daughter and a two-year-old son—was known to frequent the area to drop off her children at a nearby home.
