In Mobile, Alabama, on the afternoon of March 21, 2018, a young mother's life was tragically cut short. Angelisha Nicole Jones, a 21-year-old Black female, was fatally shot at the Dickens Ferry Apartments. The incident unfolded around 5:05 p.m., after which Jones was rushed to Providence Hospital, where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries. This act of violence left her two young children, a four-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son, without their mother.
