On November 11, 2023, in Mobile, Alabama, 64-year-old Francella Dillard Gray was found deceased in her residence on the 1000 block of Houston Street. Responding to a call at approximately 12:28 p.m., Mobile Police officers discovered that Francella had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Her husband, 69-year-old Barry Gray, was also found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide.
