Shemeka Stabler, a 31-year-old African American woman from Mobile, Alabama, tragically lost her life on October 23, 2019. She was found shot inside her car on the northbound ramp of Interstate 165 in the Plateau area. Authorities responded to the scene and transported her to the hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
