On the morning of December 1, 2023, at approximately 7:49 a.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to a severe traffic accident in the 200 block of South Ann Street in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 21-year-old Keeman Marcellus Tover ejected from the vehicle, suffering from significant injuries. Inside the car, officers found 20-year-old African American female, Tamichael Latrice Brown, deceased with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
