In the summer of 2022, a devastating act of violence cut short the life of Henisha Leishauna Scott, a 24-year-old Black/African American woman from Mobile, Alabama. On June 1st, Scott and a companion, 27-year-old Micheal Trotter, were discovered inside a vehicle on West Main Street in Prichard, both having been fatally shot.
