On June 15, 2014, a tragic incident occurred in Chesterfield, Virginia, resulting in the death of two-year-old Seth Neil Jernigan. The incident was part of a horrific event where Barry C. Jernigan, 35, shot and killed his wife, Renotta I. Jernigan, 30, his son, Seth Neil Jernigan, and his step-daughter, Alexis F.
