Stuart D. Jeffries, a 33-year-old resident of Chesterfield, VA, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2022, during a custody exchange at the Appomattox Police Station parking lot. Jeffries, who was described by his family as a hardworking and family-oriented individual, was shot and killed in the presence of his daughter.
