On the evening of March 15, 2018, a dispute that had been simmering for weeks erupted in deadly violence at the Westlake Apartments in Huntsville, Alabama, claiming the life of 23-year-old Devonte Lashun Bone. Bone was inside a vehicle at the apartment complex when the shooting occurred around 10 p.m. Another individual, a teenager, was also injured in the incident.
