In the winter of 2014, just two days before he was supposed to move in with his uncle for a fresh start, 16-year-old Larry Flaccamio’s life was cut short. On the evening of December 30th, the male teenager was walking near his home in north Huntsville, Alabama, when he was fatally shot in the back of the head.
