On January 13, 2022, 20-year-old Montrell Da'quan Wilson was fatally shot in Huntsville, Alabama. Officers from the Huntsville Police Department responded to the 2400 block of Tuxedo Drive shortly before 11 p.m., where they found Wilson deceased at the scene. A 31-year-old man, identified as Michael Sykes, was also discovered with life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
