On a cold day in January of 2014, the life of 54-year-old Timothy Smith, a male resident of Huntsville, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On January 17th, authorities were called to a residence where they discovered Mr. Smith deceased. The initial investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death quickly indicated that he was the victim of a homicide.
