On October 6, 2019, 28-year-old Anthony Fairley was fatally shot on Seminole Drive in Huntsville, Alabama. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m., and Fairley was transported to Huntsville Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Investigations revealed that Fairley and the suspect, 47-year-old Patrick Lee Terry, were acquainted and had a dispute leading up to the shooting. Following the incident, Terry was sought by law enforcement and was later taken into custody.
