Kamarcus Thomas, a 24-year-old man from Phenix City, Alabama, was tragically shot and killed on July 3, 2018. The fatal incident occurred in the 100 block of 26th Street, a residential area in Phenix City. Authorities responded to the scene in the early evening after receiving reports of a shooting. When police arrived, they found Thomas suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate efforts by emergency personnel to save him, he was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
