In the summer of 2018, the life of 28-year-old Brucetavius D. Frazier, a Black male known for his outgoing personality, was cut short in a fatal shooting in Opelika, Alabama. On the evening of July 23rd, Frazier was driving his white Dodge Challenger with a friend, Lartosha Robinson, in the passenger seat. As they approached an intersection in the 400 block of W.E.
