On November 8, 2018, 39-year-old Perry Steven Fields Jr. was fatally shot at the Berkshire Arms Apartments in Mobile, Alabama. Responding officers found Fields deceased from a gunshot wound at the intersection of Cresthaven Drive and Seabreeze Road.
The following day, November 9, 2018, Mobile Police arrested 28-year-old Jamal Hamilton in connection with the shooting. Hamilton was charged with murder and taken into custody.
