On the afternoon of November 27, 2019, Mobile Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of Union Avenue in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival at approximately 3:38 p.m., officers discovered Ricardo Parker, a 40-year-old African American male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
