On December 6, 2020, at approximately 2:11 p.m., Mobile Police responded to a shooting incident in the 2800 block of Phillips Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 26-year-old Antonio D. Rowe deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
