On February 23, 2019, 36-year-old Erica Elias was found deceased in the driveway of 1205 4th Place South in Phenix City, Alabama. Responding to reports of gunfire between 6:45 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., Phenix City Police discovered Elias had been shot multiple times.
