Acacia Duvall, a 3-year-old girl, was last seen on March 28, 2007, in Whittier, California. Authorities believe she and her 6-year-old brother, Jon Pierre Duvall, were abducted by their non-custodial father, Tyree Pierre Duvall. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Tyree on May 19, 2009. Tyree is believed to have taken the children to either Mexico or possibly France. Both children are biracial (Black and Hispanic), and they speak English and Spanish.
