Acacia Duvall, a 3-year-old girl, was last seen on March 28, 2007, in Whittier, California. Authorities believe she and her 6-year-old brother, Jon Pierre Duvall, were abducted by their non-custodial father, Tyree Pierre Duvall. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Tyree on May 19, 2009. Tyree is believed to have taken the children to either Mexico or possibly France. Both children are biracial (Black and Hispanic), and they speak English and Spanish.
At the time of her disappearance, Acacia was 3'4" and weighed about 26 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Jon had a scar on his leg and went by the nickname "JP." The children’s father, Tyree, was 31 years old when the abduction occurred and is described as an African American male, standing 5'6" tall and weighing 210 pounds.
Despite efforts to locate them, Acacia and her brother remain missing. Age-progressed images of Acacia, Jon, and their father have been released over the years, and authorities continue to seek any information that could help locate them.
