In what was a tragic and unforeseen turn of events, Timothy Roshun Smith Jr., a 22-year-old male from Birmingham, Alabama, lost his life in a devastating accident. On a Saturday afternoon in April 2019, Smith was in a vehicle in the parking lot of a Chuck E. Cheese in the Birmingham suburb of Vestavia Hills with his young daughter.
