On October 29, 2021, 34-year-old Justin Rasha Lee was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 10:50 a.m., officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 2700 block of 17th Avenue North. Upon arrival, they found Lee slumped over in the driver's seat of a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
