In the summer of 2016, the life of Brandon Cantrell Hines, a 28-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On a July day, Hines was at the Valley Brook Apartments, where he suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. His death, which occurred on or around July 23rd, was quickly ruled a homicide, prompting an investigation by local law enforcement.
