In the late hours of a Friday evening in Birmingham, Alabama, a dispute tragically escalated, leaving a young man's life cut short. Stephon Johnson, a 26-year-old Black male, was fatally wounded on June 27, 2020. The events of that night unfolded in the Ensley neighborhood, at a residence on Avenue V.
