In the heart of Birmingham, Alabama, a tragic event unfolded that cut short the life of Randall Quentin Johnson, a 38-year-old male. The driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Erica Nicole Williams, was reported to have been traveling at an estimated 90 miles per hour in a 30-mph zone.
