Any updates on this case?
On July 23, 2020, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 8200 block of 4th Avenue North. Upon arrival, they discovered 49-year-old Tommy Brown lying unresponsive in the roadway, suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel, along with the Jefferson County Coroner, pronounced Brown deceased at the scene.
