On July 3, 2020, at approximately 7:34 p.m., Mobile Police responded to a report of a shooting at Phlawless II Hair Salon, located at 2662 Saint Stephens Road in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Deangelo T. Nisby Jr. in the rear parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
