On a spring afternoon in Mobile, Alabama, the life of Phillip Anthony Glover Jr., a 24-year-old Black man, was cut short by gunfire. The incident unfolded on April 24, 2023, at approximately 1:22 p.m. in the 70 block of LeFevre Street. When Mobile Police Department officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Glover had sustained fatal injuries.
