On June 20, 2021, 38-year-old Demetres Alando "Duke" Orr was fatally shot in Hartselle, Alabama. Early that morning, deputies from the Morgan County Sheriff's Office responded to a call on Lane Road, where they discovered Orr with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
