In the summer of 2021, a tragedy struck Montgomery, Alabama, with the death of 3-year-old Jeremiah Chappell. The young male lost his life on Saturday, July 17, 2021, due to a gunshot wound. First responders were called to a local hospital where the child had been brought, but tragically, he was pronounced dead.

The investigation into Jeremiah's death quickly led to an arrest. Orlando Meghell Harriell, a 35-year-old man, was taken into custody in connection with the fatal shooting. He was ...
