In the summer of 2021, a heart-wrenching incident unfolded in a Birmingham, Alabama apartment, culminating in the tragic death of 11-month-old Raylee Dior Allen. Upon their arrival, they were met with a devastating scene. Raylee's mother, a Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy, was holding her lifeless child. Both the mother and the child's father, Terrance D.
