On October 31, 2012, Anthony Weathers, 25, was fatally shot in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM in the 2000 block of 4th Street, NE. Weathers had been shot multiple times in an alley near V Street, NE, and collapsed after fleeing from the scene. He was discovered by responding officers with no signs of life.
