Death by Force

In the summer of 2018, a burst of violence in the District of Columbia claimed the life of 25-year-old Kayvon Herder. On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 14, at approximately 12:22 p.m., the scene at Snaps Barber Shop in the 6200 block of Dix Street NE was shattered by gunfire. Two men inside the barbershop were targeted in the attack.
