In the late hours of a Saturday in Washington, D.C., the life of 36-year-old Marcus Wallace was tragically cut short. On November 21, 2020, at approximately 9:05 p.m., police responded to the sound of gunfire in the 1400 block of L Street, Southeast. Inside a residential building, they discovered Wallace suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the quick response of D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services, he showed no signs of life and was pronounced dead at the scene.
