In the late hours of a Saturday in Washington, D.C., the life of 36-year-old Marcus Wallace was tragically cut short. On November 21, 2020, at approximately 9:05 p.m., police responded to the sound of gunfire in the 1400 block of L Street, Southeast. Inside a residential building, they discovered Wallace suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the quick response of D.C.
