Tyrese J. Davis-Garner, a 20-year-old from Montgomery, Alabama, was fatally shot on September 26, 2021. The shooting took place in the early morning hours in the 600 block of East Fifth Street, a neighborhood in Montgomery. Responding officers found Davis-Garner at the scene with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to provide medical care, he was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to a local hospital.
