On November 21, 2021, at approximately 3:20 a.m., Mobile Police officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 6200 block of Rangeline Road in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals inside a vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims, identified as 23-year-old Dwan Williams and 36-year-old Andre Carter, were pronounced dead at the scene. Both men were residents of Mississippi.
