Kendrell Laforres Body

On a late February evening in 2022, the life of 18-year-old Kendrell Laforres Body, a Black male, was tragically cut short in his hometown of Bessemer, Alabama. On February 28, law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire in a residential neighborhood. Arriving at the scene, they discovered Body lying in the street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency medical responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
