On May 23, 2022, Montgomery police responded to a shooting near Gibbs Village in the 2000 block of Terminal Road. Upon arrival, officers found 31-year-old Raja Howard suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
