On May 27, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Montgomery Police Department officers and Fire Medics responded to a shooting incident in the 1000 block of Oak Street, Montgomery, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 37-year-old Montgomery resident Debarge Price with a fatal gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
