On the night of March 16, 2024, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Montgomery police and fire medics responded to reports of a shooting in the 3700 block of Woodley Road. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Quinton Harris of Montgomery, Alabama, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
