On June 12, 2021, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Montgomery police responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Robinson Street, located just west of Interstate 65 and north of Day Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 26-year-old Joseph McLean suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
