On September 19, 2018, 33-year-old Darrell Rudolph was found unresponsive around 5:45 a.m. in the 500 block of Rosa Parks Avenue in Montgomery, Alabama. He had sustained a fatal injury from an assault and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Montgomery Police Department launched a homicide investigation into his death.
