On October 4, 2021, at approximately 4:20 a.m., Montgomery police responded to a shooting in the area of Taft Street and Malvern Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Terrell Hardy, a Montgomery resident, who had been fatally shot. Hardy was pronounced dead at the scene.

Later that day, authorities arrested 27-year-old Eric Mack Jr., also of Montgomery, charging him with murder in connection to Hardy's death. Mack was subsequently booked into the Montgomery County Detention ...Read More
