On October 4, 2021, at approximately 4:20 a.m., Montgomery police responded to a shooting in the area of Taft Street and Malvern Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Terrell Hardy, a Montgomery resident, who had been fatally shot. Hardy was pronounced dead at the scene.
