Jean Tuggy, a 60-year-old woman from Pine Grove Mills, PA, was tragically shot and killed in her home on January 21, 2016. The case went cold initially, but it was reopened years later as part of an effort to solve unsolved murder cases. Investigators identified Jean Tuggy's former coworker at Wegmans grocery store, Christopher Kowalski, as a potential suspect.
