White, who was in the passenger seat, was struck multiple times and died at the scene. Her friend, who was driving, was shot in the leg but survived. Friends and family remembered White as a devoted mother to her teenage daughter, a hardworking woman, and an active member of her church community. Her father described her as a 'loving, respectful person who loved her family and friends.'
