In the summer of 1975, a 20-year-old woman named Debra Jean Delozier vanished from Tinicum, Pennsylvania, on August 16th. For months, her whereabouts remained a mystery, a painful void for those who knew her. The search for Debra came to a grim conclusion on January 17, 1976, when two rabbit hunters stumbled upon her remains in the desolate Tinicum Marsh, a mile south of Cargo City near the Philadelphia Airport. An examination of dental records confirmed the heartbreaking identification.
