On October 25, 2024, at approximately 1:57 a.m., Montgomery Police Department officers and fire medics responded to reports of a shooting in the 500 block of North Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered two male victims with life-threatening gunshot wounds: 29-year-old Jeroderick Bell and 30-year-old Devin Ligon, both residents of Montgomery. The victims were transported to a local hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
